When I was making these drawings I was always "waiting for something to happen" for comix material. This was drawn from a bubble tea shop across the way, and nothing did happen while drawing it. However, a month ago, my girlfriend and I were in the same bubble tea shop at midnight, and the Chinese pharmacy beside So Good (Ping Fat Lee) got kicked in by some angry passing crack head. The funniest part was watching about 4 police show up afterwards and start socializing on the street beside the broken glass. Very much looking forward to Ravenswing with you both tomorrow. Hopefully this blog post encourages ONE person to come and say hi to us. Wouldn't that be nice? I for one will give a free card to anyone who comes from this post. What a deal!
